Errata and FAQ 1

The Trench Crusade Digital Rulebook was downloaded more than 10,000 times in the first 30 minutes of being available! We are both surprised and delighted by the level of enthusiasm being shown for the rules, and we are doing our best to keep abreast of all the feedback about the Digital Rulebook that is being posted in the online Trench Crusade Communities.

Over the next couple of weeks, we will collate all the questions we have found and publish them in a Clarifications & Errata document. We will also update the Trench Crusade Digital Rulebook and Warbands of Trench Crusade when the document is published, so they will include any errata that has been found. In the meantime, there are a handful of mistakes we want to fix and clarify straight away, and which you can find below. They will be updated in the Digital Rulebook itself when the first Clarifications & Errata document is published.

ERRATA

Warbands of Trench Crusade

1. Page 114 – Anointed Heavy Infantry
Replace Movement with: 6″/Infantry.

2. Page 18 – IMPERVIOUS (Effect) Keyword
Replace text with:
“The IGNORE ARMOUR Effect does not affect any -INJURY DICE and -INJURY MODIFIERS that apply to Battlekit that has this Keyword. The IGNORE ARMOUR Keyword affects any other Battlekit a target model has normally.”

3. Page 55 – IMPERVIOUS (Effect) Keyword
Replace text with:
“The IGNORE ARMOUR Effect does not affect any -INJURY DICE and -INJURY MODIFIERS that apply to Battlekit that has this Keyword. The IGNORE ARMOUR Keyword affects any other Battlekit a target model has normally.”

4. Page 78 – Satchel Charge
Add rule beneath the Satchel Charge to say:

“Heavy Explosive: Once during a game, a model with a Satchel Charge can use it to make a Ranged Attack.”

5. Page 132 – Executioner’s Axe

Replace all Keywords with: “+2 INJURY DICE, CRITICAL”

FAQ

Q1. Do I have to take a Success Roll to cast Goetic Spells?
A1. No, as it is written on page 146 in Warbands of Trench Crusade: “Note that you do not have to take a Success Roll for a model in order to cast a spell.”
