Operation Leviathan
Will you join the fray?
We’re excited to announce Operation Leviathan, the very first worldwide campaign of Trench Crusade! From the 7th of September to the 19th of October we will be holding a massive, globe-spanning campaign which will have irreversible consequences on the world of Trench Crusade…
What is a worldwide campaign?
If you’re unfamiliar with the notion of worldwide campaigns, they work very much in the same way as a campaign you might play with friends. An ordinary campaign is played over the course of multiple games, and the player who wins the most battles wins the campaign. Operation Leviathan will work in much the same way. However, instead of just you and your friends, Operation Leviathan will involve players from all over the world in an epic battle of Faithful against Fallen.
How will it work?
Taking part is simple: all you’ll need to do is play games of Trench Crusade and let us know who won! You’ll be able to do so by entering the results of your game via the Worldwide Campaign Results page on the Trench Crusade website, which will be opening on September 7th when the campaign begins.
Each area of the globe has been assigned to a sector of the frontlines of Operation Leviathan. Depending on where you are in the world, the outcome of your game will affect the battlelines of your sector, and potentially allow the Faithful or Fallen to make decisive advances, which could mean the difference between victory and defeat…
At the end of the campaign, we’ll determine whether the side of the Faithful or the Fallen emerge victorious depending on the data collected.
Operation Leviathan will have real, permanent consequences for the storyline of Trench Crusade as a whole! The campaign takes place in the Carcass Front, the same setting as that of the Carcass Front box coming at the end of this month. You don’t need to own the box to take part in Operation Leviathan. However, the outcome of the campaign will determine the fate of some of Carcass Front’s key characters, including that of the mighty Leviathan itself…
