How to take part

Operation Leviathan is a massive, multiplayer campaign that anyone can join.

Taking part is simple. All you need to do is pick your allegiance with either the Faithful (the Principalities of New Antioch, Trench Pilgrims, the Sultanate of the Iron Wall, or any of their variants) or the Fallen (Heretic Legions, the Cult of the Black Grail, the Court of the Seven-Headed Serpent, or any of their variants).

Then, play a game of Trench Crusade against the opponent of your choosing and tell us who won! You’ll find a form below that will allow you to submit your results.

Each area of the globe has been assigned to a Sector of the frontlines of Operation Leviathan:

  • Central and South America – Leviathan Cove Landing
  • Canada and Nordic countries – Star of the Sea Expeditionary Force
  • United Kingdom – Northern Sector
  • USA – Central Sector
  • Europe (except Nordic countries) – Southern Sector
  • Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific – Gabriel’s Sword Straits
  • Africa, East and West Asia – Antioch Lake Flotilla
  • Virtual tabletop players – Aerial Raiding Columns

Depending on where you are in the world, the outcome of your game will affect the battlelines of your sector, and potentially allow the Faithful or Fallen to make decisive advances which could mean the difference between victory and defeat…

Each week of the campaign we’ll be posting multiple updates on how things are progressing and showing how the battlelines have moved.

At the end of the campaign, we’ll determine whether the side of the Faithful or the Fallen emerge victorious depending on the data collected, and explain how the world of Trench Crusade will be forever changed…

Join the fray!

Please report the outcome of your battle using the form below. You can enter the results of one game per day, and you’ll need to supply the following information:

  • In which Sector your battle took place
  • Whether the side of the Faithful or Fallen won the game
  • The number of models on the winning and losing sides which were taken out of action during the game.

We’ve tried to keep the rules as simple as possible so that anyone can take part!

Allegiance

Enter the allegiance of the side that won the game from the drop down menu below.

Casualties

Enter the number of models that were taken out of action during the game from each side below.

If you wish you can fill in any other details of the game below. For example, you might want to let us know which Warbands you used and which scenario you played, or which Glorious Deeds were carried out and how they were achieved. Feel free to write a short battle report if you wish – we may feature your exploits in the Trench Wire!

If you want to find out more about Operation Leviathan, you’ll find a full introduction written by Andy Chambers on The Trench Wire.

FAQ

  • What happens when I report the result of a game if my opponent and I have the same allegiance?
In such a situation you and your opponent must roll-off. The player that loses the roll is assumed to have been working (or have tricked into working) for the opposing side.
  • Do I need the Carcass Front box to take part in Operation Leviathan?
No, the campaign is set in the same area as that of the Carcass Front box, but you can play any game with any Warband from any Faction.
  • Can I play any scenario? Can my games be part of a campaign?
    Yes and yes!
  • Can I play multi-player games using the All Out War rules?
Yes you can. However the game still counts as only one game when you report its results.
  • What is there to stop me from reporting more than one game per day?
We will be checking the results that are received and will discount any that we deem to be in excess of the daily quota.
